Project Strategy

I pave the most efficient path toward success for projects of all sizes. My experience ranges from providing development management for $650m+ of buildings at District Wharf to determining the programmatic needs for an auditorium renovation, and everything in between.

Budgets & Timelines

We work together to set your timeline and budget, then I keep all teams on task throughout the project. I work with design and construction teams to create timelines of any length—from five-week special projects to multi-year design and build-outs.

Pre- and post-opening

Our partnership goes beyond design and construction. I guide you through early strategic decisions (including hotel brand selection) and pre- and post-opening challenges (such as retail lease negotiation and build-out, property management, and FF+E installation).

Design review

Need another pair of eyes on your design documents? With 20 years of experience in the design, development, and construction fields, I can review drawings for client priorities at any stage of the project.

Owner representation

I have the client’s wishes at heart through every stage of the project. My role isn’t to influence the owner’s decisions—my job is to source solutions from the experts, communicating the costs and implications to the client.

Contract Negotiations

I steer contract negotiations at every stage, helping my clients get the best team, scope and budget for their project. My seasoned knowledge allows me to tour a jobsite one day, then hire a design consultant or general contractor the next.
